muratcanyigit.com (the “Site”) is published to inform patients and other visitors about the interventional radiology services of Prof. Dr. Murat Canyiğit. By visiting or using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy and Data Protection Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Articles, images, videos and other content on the Site are for general information. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. If you have a health problem, please see a physician. Using the Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship; that relationship begins only with an in-person examination.

In an emergency do not rely on the Site; call 112 or go to the nearest healthcare facility. Study results and rates quoted on the Site come from published scientific studies; they do not mean that every patient will have the same result and are not a guarantee of any outcome.

Appointments are not made on the Site itself but on a third-party platform, DoktorTakvimi. When you click the booking button you are redirected to that platform, and what you do there is subject to its own terms of use and privacy policy.

We take care to keep content accurate and up to date, but medical knowledge changes constantly and we do not guarantee that content is always complete, error-free or current. Content may be changed, corrected or removed without notice.

Rights in the texts, design, logo, photographs, videos, graphics and software of the Site belong to Prof. Dr. Murat Canyiğit or the respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Viewing for personal, non-commercial purposes and short quotations with attribution are permitted.

News images, screenshots and broadcast recordings in the Press & Media section belong to the respective media organizations and are shown only to document the doctor’s appearances in the press. Rights holders who want an item removed may contact us using the details below.

The Site links to or embeds third-party services such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, DoktorTakvimi, Doktorsitesi and WhatsApp. We do not control their content or privacy practices and accept no responsibility for them. We recommend reviewing their own terms before use.

The short quotations in the patient reviews section are taken from reviews published on DoktorTakvimi, Google and Doktorsitesi; user names on those platforms are masked. Ratings and review counts are values taken from those platforms and may change over time.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in line with these terms, and not to disrupt its operation, endanger its security or overload it with automated means.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, decisions taken on the basis of its content, interruptions, viruses or similar harmful elements, or third-party sites. Liability for intent and gross negligence and any liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.
