The Site has no registration, user account, message or booking form; we do not collect your name, phone number, email or health information. When you visit, the server may automatically record technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, browser and device type, operating system and referring address.

If you call us or write on WhatsApp, the information you send (your number, your message) reaches us through that channel. Health information is special-category personal data; please share it only when necessary and as part of the examination process, and check with us before sending medical documents via WhatsApp.

Technical records are processed to keep the Site secure and running, to detect errors and abuse and to meet legal obligations (such as access-log retention under Law No. 5651). Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2(ç) compliance with a legal obligation and Art. 5/2(f) the legitimate interests of the controller.

If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, your message is processed to answer your appointment or information request, to the extent necessary for that purpose and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

The Site itself uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. No cookie that is not strictly necessary is set without your consent. If visitor statistics (analytics) are added later, this notice will be updated and your consent obtained where required.

Google Maps is embedded on some pages; when the map loads, Google may receive information from your browser and may use cookies. YouTube videos are not loaded until you click to play; once you play one, YouTube’s connections (privacy-enhanced mode) come into effect. The privacy policies of those services apply.

Technical records may be shared with our hosting, domain and security/infrastructure providers and with legally authorized public bodies. When you use services such as Google (Maps, YouTube), Meta (WhatsApp) and DoktorTakvimi, your data is processed by those services under their own responsibility, and their servers may be located abroad.

Technical records are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation, or if none is specified for as long as the purpose requires, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and uses HSTS, a content security policy (CSP) and similar browser security headers. Server access is restricted and systems are updated regularly. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

As a data subject you may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad; request correction of incomplete or incorrect data; request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK and ask that this be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

To exercise your rights, send your request in writing, together with information that verifies your identity, to the address above. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. If you find our response insufficient you retain the right to apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
